Ulf Andersson brings over 30 years of experience in leading R&D organizations both in Sweden and internationally, managing teams across Europe, India, China, and the U.S. He has extensive experience in leading change during critical moments, having overseen the development of Ericsson’s 3G base stations and Getinge’s intensive care ventilators. Currently, Ulf serves as a business development advisor and sits on the board of a startup company. He holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Physics from Chalmers University of Technology, with further executive education in strategic leadership from institutions like Harvard Business School and the India Institute of Management.
